Chelating and Imaging Peptides
We routinely conjugate peptides with chelating agents attached to the terminal or internal sites of the peptides.
We can conjugate DTPA, DOTA, and other chelators onto standard or modified peptides (such as cyclized or labelled peptides). We can provide these molecules at 98%+ purity.
DTPA
Diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid (DTPA) is a useful chelating agent for radionuclides such as (68)Ga, (99m)Tc and (111)In, which are applicable to nuclear medicine imaging. We can chelate different forms of DTPA peptides, such as Assymetric, Symmetric, and CHX-DTPA.
DOTA
Metal complexes of DOTA (1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane-1,4,7,10-tetraacetic acid)-peptide conjugates are increasingly used as targeted imaging and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals and MRI contrast agents.
